Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by The Pearl Hotel. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
1. Reservations and Bookings
1.1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Pearl Hotel.
1.2. To confirm a reservation, a valid credit/debit card is required, and a pre-authorization or deposit may be charged.
1.3. Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
1.4. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.2. Additional charges such as room service, minibar, and other hotel facilities are not included in the room rate unless specified.
2.3. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash as per hotel policy.
2.4. For security purposes, guests may be required to present the credit card used for the booking and a valid photo ID upon check-in.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and room type selected.
3.2. Standard cancellation policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
3.3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged for one night's stay.
3.4. No-shows will be charged for the entire booking amount.
3.5. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7-14 business days to appear.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
4.2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.3. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
5. Hotel Rules and Regulations
5.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and to comply with reasonable requests from hotel staff and management.
5.2. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest who violates hotel policies or behaves in a manner considered inappropriate.
5.3. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
5.4. Pets are not allowed unless specifically stated in the pet policy for certain rooms.
6. Liability
6.1. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of guest property during their stay.
6.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
6.3. The hotel's liability for any claims is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, or governmental actions.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
9. Modifications to Terms
9.1. The Pearl Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and will be the terms applicable at the time of your booking.
